Principal - Cost Control

William has a long track record serving clients, having spent over 25 years in various advisory roles in the energy, manufacturing, technology, healthcare, construction, property management, non-profit, and any service-related industries.  William’s career started in public accounting at Arthur Andersen where he then transitioned to technology consulting with Price Waterhouse implementing global ERP solutions.  Prior to Optimal Profit Solutions, he was a founding shareholder at Rand Group, where he helped the company become one of the larger Microsoft resellers in North America for the emerging and middle market.  Throughout his work history, he has always readily relied on business data to help drive business decisions.  This led him to launch Optimal Profit Solutions, with a focus on expense reduction for his clients by analyzing organizational spend and identifying cost optimization opportunities. This can be strategic through cost control and supplier management, or tactical by identifying better pricing or renegotiating existing terms.  With his background, he can also help clients determine where to best invest their technology dollars to achieve the highest returns and to ensure clients do not overpay for those IT investments.

Greg Kostiuk

Principal – Sales Acceleration

Greg has spent more than 30 years building and leading world-class sales teams.  His career has taken him from his birthplace in Canada to stops in England, France, and Russia, landing in Houston in the late 1990s where he has resided ever since. He has worked at various companies in the energy space from large multinational corporations like Schlumberger and Nabors Industries to private companies of various sizes including start-ups and early-stage technology organizations. At Nabors, he was responsible for the sales and marketing efforts of the technology division, Canrig Drilling Technology. During Greg’s tenure, the organization enjoyed tremendous growth and the brand achieved global recognition for multiple products and services.

Greg helps Optimal Profit Solutions clients grow sales in a cost efficient and low risk way.  He is an expert sales advisor and practitioner and his decades of experience give him the ability to address challenges across the spectrum of activities related to revenue generation. Greg often operates as an outsourced VP of Sales on a part-time, interim basis.  He provides clients with a custom-tailored sales strategy, an integrated sales process, and implements a proven tactical sales execution plan that drives aggressive revenue growth.  He is also a Certified Sales Leader (CSL) and can help train future sales leaders with this proven system.

Sarika Krishnan

Principal – IT Advisory

Sarika is a proven IT leader with over 20 years of successfully delivering small to large-scale programs to help clients achieve the benefits of digital business transformation.  She is uniquely positioned to leverage her project lifecycle management skills to align with IT strategy, which includes cloud infrastructure, digital marketing, data analytics, business applications, and business process best practices to help scale strategic growth initiatives across the organization with the use of technology.  Sarika started her career with Microsoft and was the lead developer for Microsoft Dynamics NAV in India (now Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central). 

Sarika helps Optimal Profit Solutions clients with technology assessments and roadmaps to create an organizational IT strategy.  Her strengths are understanding business needs and requirements and identifying how technology can most effectively support business objectives.  Sarika can be the interim CIO or can be tactical as an IT project manager.  She has strong analytical skills, a passion for technology, and is creative in defining how technology can create a competitive business advantage.
